Keep shining, dear one

A message for you to keep going

I wrote this today. Or maybe it wrote me…

I believe in my heart of hearts that I will always have enough.

Can I say I am enough? That one’s tougher, but that’s where I need to get to. That’s an important part of my journey.

I wonder what can I do that will bring me closer to the life I am building?

Plant the seeds. Prune the grapes. Inspect the bees. Yes, bee boxes and pruning and trimming and harvesting. Brushing bunnies. Cleaning their home. Pulling grass out of the beds. Making tea. Writing.

Yes yes yes, I’m doing it. I’m already doing it.

Just keep going. Just keep going. In 90 days everything will be different. In 3 moons. But only if you keep going and don’t let what’s worn but familiar pull you back.

Stay here, child. Stay here in your perfect essence. The perfection of nature is in her imperfection and also so with you.

You are a soul, and souls grow through experience. You are so close now. So close to becoming you. You blend into each other and, every once in a while, just for a moment, you resolve into one. You can feel it when it happens. It will happen to you more and more. This is who you are. This is what you came for. My love, my love, you are almost there.

Align, align. Everything your heart desires is coming to you, sweet girl. Your power knows no bounds. Believe and feel yourself step into her shoes. It’s okay to let yourself smile. It’s okay to enjoy this.

You are a magical creature among magical creatures. You are everything. Let yourself experience that. See how it clouds your mind but opens your heart. Your mind cannot understand this. You are the blessed and the blessing and the one who blesses. You are a union of life.

Keep shining, dear one. Keep shining.

If this spoke to you, it was meant for you.
We are walking this path together.

So my husband ordered dirt. A lot of dirt. I’m told it’s “four cubic yards” of dirt. Which is much more than you think it is. Here’s a video I found that proves that: A dump truck just like this dumped this amount of dirt on my driveway (but this is not my driveway). He…

  • More yeast bread!

This morning I made sandwich rolls. They are the simplest thing in the world and they’re SO much better than anything I’ve ever found in a plastic bag. My sandwich rolls call all the boys to the yard, including Jacques and Beau. Woof. They didn’t get as brown as the photo in the recipe, but…

Apparently I’m a little stuck on baking. So stuck, in fact, that in one short week I have used up these kitchen staples: Flour Salt Chocolate Chips And before you say anything, chocolate chips *are too* a staple. I used them today when I decided to bake cookies. These cookies are my jam I’ve been…

  • Turkey Plates

So have these plates. They have turkeys on them. Not happy little cartoon turkeys. Realistic looking ones. Service for twelve, to be exact, plus an enormous platter. You may ask yourself, “What is Ann doing with these dishes? They don’t quite seem like her.” And you’d be right. “The pattern is called King of the…
